(click the pic to enlarge so you can actually see this pleat I speak of- I've got learn how to take a decent picture).<br /><br />1. Start by cutting 2 rectangles outter fabric/2 lining the size you want your bag to be plus a seam allowance. Round off the 2 bottom corners (that is, if you want them rounded).<br /><br />2. Fold the fabric in half left to right and sew <span style="font-weight: bold;">down </span>the bag where you want your pleat to be.<br /><br />3. Open the fold, press down and sew closely along seams, and there you have your pleat. : )<br /><br />4. Sew the side seams of the outer bag, and of the inner bag, but remember to leave a hole in your lining so you can turn it out later.<br /><br />5. Make your straps and pin them to the outside of bag, place outter bag inside lining and sew along the top.<br /><br />6.
